
1. Sit on it, like this:
It doesn't have to be complicated. This will help strengthen your back and anyone can do it while watching TV or sitting at a desk in front of a computer.
2. Sit on it, but lift your feet so they are no longer touching the floor, like this:
So you can't do this while you type, but you can still do it watching TV. It will work out your legs a little, but mostly it will work out core muscles like in your back and abdomen. You will feel this, I promise! I recommend trying to do it for thirty second stints at a time, then going up from there.
3. Try sit ups on the ball, like this:
